Do you work outside Pakistan?

Yes. Virtual delivery is available globally. In-person delivery is based in Karachi — for international in-person engagements, travel costs are added to the proposal.

What's the minimum team size?

Workshops work well from 8–30 people. 1:1 executive work is individual. Multi-session programmes are best with 8–20. Larger teams can be split into parallel cohorts.

How long does a typical engagement take?

Single workshops: half or full day. Multi-session programmes: 4–8 weeks, typically one session per week. Executive coaching: 6 sessions over 8–12 weeks. Scoped to what you actually need.

Do you require a formal RFP process?

No. A conversation is enough to understand the brief and build a custom proposal. Most organisations prefer this to a formal procurement process for coaching engagements.
