Day 1: The Diagnosis
Self-Awareness + Hidden Patterns
Session 1 — The Pattern Map
We identify exactly what's running you — the patterns, triggers, and beliefs that have been operating beneath the surface. You see your loop clearly, possibly for the first time.
Session 2 — Where It Came From
We trace the hidden patterns to their origin. Not to relive the past — but to understand what the nervous system learned, and why it's still running that program today.
Session 3 — The Identity Holding It in Place
We name the identity that's protecting the pattern. This is the piece most personal development misses entirely — and the most important thing we'll do on Day 1.
You leave Day 1 knowing: exactly what's running you, where it came from, and what identity has been keeping it in place.

Day 2: The Rebuild
Identity + Focused Action + Transformation
Session 1 — Interrupting the Pattern
Using NLP and nervous system techniques, we create an actual interrupt — not intellectual understanding, but an embodied shift in how your system responds.
Session 2 — Identity Rewiring
We build the new identity from the inside out. Who you are when the old pattern no longer has a job. What you choose when you're no longer operating from fear or survival.
Session 3 — Focused Action + Integration
You leave with a specific, rooted path forward. Not a generic action plan — a direction that comes from the new identity, not the old one.
You leave Day 2 with: a nervous system that's been shown something new is possible, and a clear path forward that comes from who you actually are now.

Where does this take place?

The SHIFT Weekend is fully online, live on Zoom. You can join from anywhere in the world — all you need is a stable internet connection and a private space to work.

What time does it run?

Timing will be confirmed with registered participants. Sessions are 3 hours each day. You'll receive full details via WhatsApp once your spot is confirmed.

I'm not sure if I'm ready. Should I wait?

Readiness doesn't come before the work — it comes through it. If this content has been landing for you, that's your signal. Waiting for certainty is the pattern we're working to shift.

I've tried coaching before and it didn't work. Why is this different?

Most coaching works at the behavioral level. This work goes to the root — the nervous system, the hidden pattern, the identity protecting it. If what you've tried before hasn't held, it likely didn't reach this level.

Can I get a recording if I miss a session?

Recording access is included for 7 days. However, this is live, participatory work — full presence on both days will give you significantly more than watching a recording will.

What happens after the weekend?

The WhatsApp group stays active for integration support. If you want to continue the work in a more personalized way, there's a natural bridge to 1:1 coaching with Marriam.

How do I pay?
