Terms of Service

Marriam Ahmed offers coaching services, live online programs, digital products (journals, audio series, courses), and group intensives. All services are delivered by Marriam Ahmed (sole proprietor) or under her direct supervision.

Coaching is a professional service distinct from psychotherapy, counselling, or mental health treatment. Marriam Ahmed is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and Marshall Goldsmith certified coach — not a licensed therapist or medical professional.

Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or physical health condition. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, active trauma response, or require clinical support, please seek the care of a qualified mental health professional. Coaching can complement but does not replace clinical care.

Digital products (SHIFT Journal, audio series, courses): No refunds once the product has been delivered or accessed. If you have not yet accessed the product and wish to cancel within 48 hours of purchase, email us and we will consider a refund at our discretion.

Live programs and intensives (The Unshakeable Woman, SHIFT Weekend, SHIFT Circle): Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before the event date. 50% refund if cancelled 7–14 days before. No refund within 7 days of the event. Transfers to a future cohort may be offered at our discretion.

1:1 coaching packages (The SHIFT Intensive): A non-refundable deposit of 25% secures your place. The remaining balance is non-refundable once sessions have commenced. Unused sessions may be transferred within 6 months.

Corporate programs (Resilient Leaders, She Rises™ for organizations): Governed by individual engagement agreements signed prior to delivery.

All content on this website — including the SHIFT Framework™, RISE™ Empowerment Framework, program curricula, audio recordings, course materials, written guides, and branding — is the intellectual property of Marriam Ahmed and protected by copyright.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

Results from coaching and programs vary by individual. Marriam Ahmed makes no guarantee of specific outcomes. Testimonials represent individual experiences and are not a promise of equivalent results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Marriam Ahmed's total liability for any claim arising from use of this site or any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

All prices are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and USD. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser in their jurisdiction. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

Information shared in coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential. Exceptions apply only where there is a risk of harm to you or others, as required by law, or with your explicit written consent (e.g., for a testimonial).

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

We may update these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
